I would like to start a thread to gather peoples direct experiences of the vast number of satsang teachers out there.
www.satsangteachers.com/ (heres a list to start with.)
Please reserve your input to those teachers you have attended at least 5 times. (or if you awoke fully and permanently in their presence.)

Re: Satsang teacher feedback.
Tue, April 8, 2008 - 1:15 AMGreat site. Thank you so much for this link.
But your criteria are a bit funky. One need not attend 5 satsangs to get something from a teacher. Folks can take a lifetime of understanding away from one meeting, while others may go 50 times and get nothing more than some expensive Sri Sri/AoL-style brainwashing.
Another problem is the variability of the student. We are as different in terms of personal characteristics as we are similar. There are certain styles of teachers who work well for certain types of students, and very poorly with others. It might be more helpful to identify which type of student finds value with which teacher, rather than collect a bunch of yea or nea opinions which are likely to be histrionic in both directions.
And what is fully awoke? Or more to the point, who is the one who awoke? It's one thing to get your first dramatic Kundalini hit, it's another to see yourself vanish, only to reveal that you'd never really existed as something to disappear in the first place.
But all that said, it's your thread. I hope we will see a lot of reports as its result. -

You make a good point about the criteria... they are just random anyway, basically its all a request to share information that might be useful and helpful to know about the teachers that are out there.
So to all, please just share your experiences. I still would like to focus on direct contact with living teachers.
Regarding the semantics of non-duality: neti neti.
